​AER is our essence of purity. Unburdened by smoke, this spirit is designed to soar. It captures the lift and brightness born from our long, unhurried fermentation, where our specific yeast strain works for days to build a breathtaking array of fruity and floral esters. Distilled for clarity and captured at its most vibrant, AER is the very air of our distillery—fresh, alive, and full of promise. This is the blank canvas from which all our flavours grow.  

Tasting Notes

Nose: A fresh orchard in bloom; ripe apricot, green apple, and a hint of floral pollen.​

Palate: Crisp and clean with a vibrant texture. Notes of juicy pear, apple, and a soft, sweet maltiness.​

Finish: Surprisingly warming and spicy, fading on notes of cinnamon and gingerbread.
