THE ELEMENTAL SERIES
At Stokery Amsterdam, we have dedicated ourselves to crafting the finest whiskies. We laid the foundation in 2022, and in November 2025, The Elemental Series will come to light. A series where our craftsmanship and dedication, combined with the finest organic grains, find their expression. It is a dialogue between craftsman and nature. Hence the name The Elemental Series.
It is the primordial elements – air, earth, fire and water – that form our foundation. This series is our bedrock. Each whisky is a single cask, bottled at cask strength, without chill-filtration or added color. This is our unwavering commitment to authenticity. We present these whiskies in their purest form, allowing you to experience the unadulterated character of each element.
AER is our essence of purity. Unburdened by smoke, this spirit is designed to soar. It captures the lift and brightness born from our long, unhurried fermentation, where our specific yeast strain works for days to build a breathtaking array of fruity and floral esters. Distilled for clarity and captured at its most vibrant, AER is the very air of our distillery—fresh, alive, and full of promise. This is the blank canvas from which all our flavours grow.
Tasting Notes
Nose: A fresh orchard in bloom; ripe apricot, green apple, and a hint of floral pollen.
Palate: Crisp and clean with a vibrant texture. Notes of juicy pear, apple, and a soft, sweet maltiness.
Finish: Surprisingly warming and spicy, fading on notes of cinnamon and gingerbread.

TERRA is our tribute to the soil. This bold whisky is born from our desire to explore the raw, earthy soul of grain itself. We fused plump barley with spirited rye, creating a revolutionary mash bill that is fermented and distilled to highlight its robust, spicy character. It tastes of a sun-drenched field at harvest—grounded, honest, and powerfully connected to the earth from which it came. This is the heart of grain, undiluted and true.Our nine-month aged New Make Spirit Malt & Rye has been awarded a gold medal and is a preview of our second whisky from the Elemental Series "TERRA".
Tasting Notes
Nose: The scent of a ripe rye field, sweet caramel, toffee, and fresh grain.
Palate: A full-bodied, robust texture. Sweet toffee and malt give way to a sharp, exciting black pepper spice.
Finish: Long, clean, and satisfyingly peppery.

AQUA embodies fluid balance. This is the gentle, elegant meeting of two worlds, where a soft wave of light peat smoke washes over a core of sweet fruit and dark chocolate. We achieved this harmony by adding a touch of peat-smoked and chocolate-roasted malt to our grain bill. The result is not a battle, but a graceful dialogue, a nuanced and approachable dram that is as complex and refreshing as water itself.

Nose: Sweet apricot and a hint of dark chocolate, with a distant wisp of soft smoke.
Palate: A smooth, elegant arrival of fruit sweetness that slowly reveals gentle peat smoke and cocoa.
Finish: A long, creamy, and beautifully balanced farewell.

IGNIS is our primal fire. This is a whisky of untamed energy, capturing the raw, transformative power of a peat fire. We use heavily peated malted barley to create a spirit that is both powerful and profound. The intense heat of phenols and medicinal smoke is masterfully tempered by a hidden undercurrent of sweet fruit developed during fermentation. IGNIS is a captivating experience—a bold and memorable finale to our elemental journey.
Tasting Notes
Nose: A beachside bonfire, medicinal iodine, and a hint of stewed fruit beneath.
Palate: A thick, coating texture. Sweet fruit quickly gives way to waves of ash, tar, and spicy oak.
Finish: Long, warming, and profoundly smoky.
