We use heavily peated malted barley to create a spirit that is both powerful and profound. The intense heat of phenols and medicinal smoke is masterfully tempered by a hidden undercurrent of sweet fruit developed during fermentation. Tasting Notes

Nose: A beachside bonfire, medicinal iodine, and a hint of stewed fruit beneath.​

Palate: A thick, coating texture. Sweet fruit quickly gives way to waves of ash, tar, and spicy oak.​

Finish: Long, warming, and profoundly smoky.​
